I've used Freedcamp for about half a year now and I love it for the following reasons:
- it's nice looking: The interface is simple and clean. It's very easy on the eyes.
- makes me more productive: I get things done faster using Freedcamp than using other tools.
- no limits on user accounts: With their free plan, you don't get limited on how many users you can add to your account (you do with other tools).
Zoho Projects is a project management tool for both professionals and businesses. It offers support for multiple projects, task management, time sheet tracking, resource management, bug tracking, and document collaboration. Zoho Projects has a free version with unlimited users and unlimited projects that offers many of the features of the paid plan.
Bitrix24 is a free project management solution that includes CRM, HR, task and document management, employee engagement and team collaboration tools. You can also opt to pay for additional services like video conferencing and telephony.
The tool's basic functionality is similar to HubSpot with email marketing, social media marketing and sales tracking apps. It's a good choice for freelancers or small businesses that need help organizing their projects, monitoring time spent on tasks and adding file-sharing capabilities to their workflows. Bitrix24 integrates with Office 365, Slack, GanttPRO, Google Drive and Dropbox.
LeanKit is a Kanban-based project management tool that lets you visualize workflows and improve communication. You can assign tasks, due dates, priorities, and checklists. Other features include Gantt charts, time tracking and notifications, custom branding options for your team, as well as integrations with third-party tools such as Salesforce and Dropbox.

Most of them have a paid version that adds advanced features, but their free versions are often fully functional and allow you to collaborate with multiple users. And in some cases, the more advanced features may be overkill for your small business.
If you don’t want to be limited by the number of users or certain project management functions, consider just using one of these tools without paying for any upgrade. That way, you don’t have to worry about outgrowing it later on if your team expands or your needs change.
